Job summary

Medtronic Poland is seeking a Customer Service Operations Office professional to support the French Overseas Territories market. You will handle inquiries, enter orders, and coordinate with sales and transport teams to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires proficiency in French and English (B2), at least 1 year in customer service, and experience with SAP ERP or Verint is a plus. This position offers a competitive salary package in Poland and a short-term incentive plan.

Qualifications

Spoken and written proficiency in French and English – minimum level B2.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Service Operations.
Experience with MS Office; Outlook and Excel; willingness to learn new tools.
Proactive and investigative mindset with attention to detail and analytics.
Team player who can work independently on moderately complex tasks.
Willingness to recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
Experience in export service or French market; SAP ERP and/or EM/Verint a plus.

Responsibilities

Represent the company to external and internal stakeholders via emails and calls.
Enter orders, answer queries, and direct customers to the right sales reps.
Trace shipments and coordinate with the transport department for timely deliveries.
Handle customer credits and product returns as well as disputes.
Collaborate with other departments to inform, gain input, and support decisions.
Regularly communicate with sales reps and internal teams about process changes.
