Job summary

Agfa-Gevaert Group is seeking an Order & Delivery Coordination Specialist with French to join our ESSC Consumables team in Warsaw. You will receive, process, and monitor customer orders, coordinate fulfillment and deliveries, and respond to inquiries about availability, deliveries, forecasting, invoicing, and returns.

You will collaborate with Accounts, Sales, Credit & Collection, HQ Supply Chain, and Logistics, ensuring timely updates, resolving issues, and maintaining high customer

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or a similar customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and monitor customer orders and requests.
• Coordinate order fulfillment and delivery activities, keeping customers informed throughout the process.
• Manage customer inquiries related to product availability, deliveries, forecasts, invoicing, and returns.
• Monitor supply issues, coordinate internally with relevant stakeholders, and proactively communicate updates to customers.
• Arrange and coordinate urgent transportation when required.
• Promote and support the use of the AGFA Graphics Online Sales Tool.
• Collaborate closely with local teams, country organizations, and headquarters.
• Register, investigate, and follow up on customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
