Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Katowice seeks an experienced Customer Support Specialist to manage orders, backlogs, and process improvements within the OtC cycle. You will liaise with customers, logistics, finance, and sales to ensure timely fulfillment and issue resolution.

The role requires 5+ years in customer support or related supply chain functions, SAP expertise, and strong English/Spanish communication skills. Hybrid work and extensive training opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Support or related supply chain/OtC roles.
• Strong knowledge of CRM/ERP processes (SAP required).
• Business fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• High proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience with process documentation and training.

Responsibilities

• Entry and validation of customer orders and scheduling per requirements.
• Act as interface between customer, internal teams, and sales for end-to-end cycle.
• Lead backlog management and report KPIs to ensure timely delivery.
• Support process improvements, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Provide daily performance monitoring and real-time actions to meet KPIs.
