Honeywell Technologies in Katowice is seeking a Senior Customer Experience Specialist with English to lead OtC activities, validate and book orders, update statuses, and coordinate with sales and other functions to ensure smooth end-to-end experiences.

The role is hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, offering a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within a global automation leader.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Business fluent in written and spoken English.
• 2+ years Customer Support or OtC/supply chain experience.
• Knowledge of CRM/SAP and ERP business processes.
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Timely respond to customer queries on product availability, stock levels, list prices and lead times.
• Update system data: new customer setup, amendments for ship-to, bill-to, payer, etc.
• Validate and enter customer purchase orders within defined targets.
• Resolve roadblocks affecting order fulfillment (price discrepancies, credit holds, etc.).
• Schedule orders per customer requirements and stock availability.
• Document and maintain the order entry process for assigned customers.
• Provide proactive status updates and manage backlog.
• Support disputes regarding returns, short shipments and coordinate with internal teams.
• Report on physical complaints and ensure timely closure.
