Job summary

Arche Consulting seeks a multilingual B2B customer service professional in Kraków to oversee end-to-end order management, from intake to delivery and settlement. You will verify invoices, support month-end close, and liaise with logistics and quality teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

We value French (C1) and English (B2) speakers with at least two years in international SSC/BPO environments, strong Excel/data skills, and a detail‑oriented, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• Very good command of French (C1) and English (B2).
• Minimum 2 years in B2B customer service within international environments.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing is a strong asset.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with data.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
• Stable employment in an international organization with market presence.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of the B2B order process from intake through delivery and final settlement.
• Preparation and verification of sales and settlement documents (invoices, credit notes, debit notes).
• Participation in the month-end closing process with preparation and validation of reports.
• Daily communication with business customers and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Coordination of order execution with logistics teams and monitoring delivery timelines.
• Collaboration with the quality department regarding claims handling and material reallocation.
• Planning and monitoring material flow and transportation to ensure customer requirements.
