Arche Consulting Sp. z o.o. in Łódź is seeking a Talent Acquisition Process Specialist with French to join an international HR organization. The role focuses on screening, sourcing, and managing candidate pipelines within a hybrid Poland office.

You will work with ATS and HR systems, coordinate vendors, and ensure service levels while using French daily to support candidate processes.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent operations.
• Degree or equivalent practical experience in HR, talent acquisition, business or analytics.
• Strong knowledge of ATS platforms and talent administration processes.
• Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors/HCM and HR reporting tools.
• Experience in structured screening, market mapping and vendor coordination.
• Understanding of candidate privacy and hiring controls.
• Fluency in French and English at C1 level or above is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Conducting initial screening interviews and preparing structured assessments.
• Performing direct sourcing, market mapping and candidate identification.
• Managing interview feedback in the recruitment system and shortlists.
• Coordinating junior recruitment vendors and contract administration.
• Overseeing candidate pipelines, background checks and offers.
• Maintaining succession, performance and career records.
• Auditing ATS and talent data, investigating discrepancies.
• Tracking service levels, candidate experience, and SOP adherence.
