Job summary

Kingfisher plc in Kraków is seeking a French-speaking Customer/Accounts Support professional to liaise daily with vendors and the local finance team. You will handle email and phone communication in French and English, support debit note disputes, and provide language assistance across accounting processes.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of professional experience in customer service.
• Very good knowledge of French (min. B2/C1).
• Communicative knowledge of English (min. B1).
• Interest in accounting and finance area.
• Experience in AP processes would be an asset.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and SAP would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Daily contact with French-speaking vendors, stores, and the local finance team to resolve queries within agreed timelines.
• Direct email and telephone communication in French and English.
• Analysing responses from stores to support the resolution of debit note disputes.
• Providing language support in communication between the accounting team and vendors, stores, and the local finance team.
• Performing ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
• Conducting telephone verification of vendors when creating or updating supplier accounts in the system.
• Analysing various reports to monitor vendor queries that are currently under investigation or in the process of being resolved.
