ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC is seeking a Senior Sales Director to drive new logo acquisitions and revenue across a North American portfolio of fulfillment, transportation, and payment solutions. The role focuses on selling complex retail and omnichannel solutions to consumer brands with a strong track record in large-scale deals.

You will develop account strategies, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while meeting aggressive revenue

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise and mid-market retailer sales experience.
• Deep understanding of retail industry dynamics and customer needs.
• Understanding of fulfillment and technology solutions for retail marketplace is preferred.
• Ability to articulate value propositions clearly and rapidly.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and bring in the right resources at the right stage.

Responsibilities

• Manages the sales cycle to acquire new retail and brand logos.
• Develops target named account strategies and tactical penetration plans.
• Builds relationships at C-level and VP-level in defined target accounts.
• Develops compelling ROI-based value propositions.
• Executes major steps of the sales process: identify opportunities, qualify, close deals.
• Sells against annual revenue targets and coordinates with pre-sales and services teams.
• Provides accurate and timely sales forecasts and nurtures third-party relationships.
