Essenti Talent is seeking a Sr. Sales Director to drive revenue for our North American portfolio, including fulfillment, transportation, and payment solutions. This hunting role targets consumer brands across CPG, apparel, electronics, home, and omnichannel retail.

You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, build strategic account plans, engage with C-level buyers, and collaborate with pre-sales and services to close high-value deals. Travel up to 50% is required.

Competenze

• Demonstrated enterprise and mid-market retail sales track record.
• Understanding of retail industry dynamics and customer needs.
• Experience selling fulfillment and technology solutions for retail.
• Ability to articulate compelling value propositions to diverse stakeholders.
• Cross-functional collaboration across sales, pre-sales and services.
• Proven new business development and quota attainment.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and leverage relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Track record selling to business, technical, operations, IT and C-level executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
