Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Sr. Sales Director to drive sales for our North American portfolio, including fulfillment, transportation, and payment solutions.

You will lead enterprise and mid-market efforts to acquire new logos and cross-sell within existing accounts, interfacing with Operations, Sales, Account Management, Transportation, and Senior Management. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, developing target account strategies, and delivering ROI-based proposals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales track record with enterprise and mid-market retailers (5+ years) preferred.
• Ability to develop target-named account strategies and tactical penetration plans.
• Experience selling high-value, complex solutions and managing full sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Manages the sales cycle to acquire new retail and brand logos.
• Develops and maintains relationships at C- and VP-levels in target accounts.
• Develops compelling ROI-based value propositions for prospects.
• Executes major steps of the sales process from discovery to closing.
• Sells against annual revenue targets for products and services.
• Coordinates with pre-sales and professional services for accurate forecasts.
• Nurtures third-party relationships.
