Job summary

Acloché LLC in Poland seeks a Sr. Sales Director to drive revenue for our North American portfolio of fulfillment, transportation, and payment solutions.

This is a hunting role focused on winning new logos and cross-selling into consumer brands across CPG, apparel, electronics, home goods, and omnichannel retail. You will manage complex sales cycles, build executive relationships at C‑level and VP levels, and develop strategies to penetrate large accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years enterprise retail sales experience.
• Understanding of retail dynamics and cost drivers.
• Experience selling high-value, complex solutions.
• Able to articulate ROI and value propositions clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales cycle to acquire new retail and brand logos.
• Develop target account strategies and penetration plans.
• Build relationships with C-Level and VP-level executives.

• Coordinate with pre-sales and services and provide forecasts.
