Stefanini EMEA in Kraków is seeking a Support Engineer (L1) with fluent English to assist clients by phone and email, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and document cases in our ticketing system. The role requires a 24/7 shift rotation and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Advanced English skills for native-level communication.

• Previous customer service or IT support experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to clients via email and phone for technical issues.
• Log in remotely to clients' computers to resolve software issues.
• Document issues daily in the ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems.
• Escalate issues to higher support levels when needed.
• Assist clients with all necessary information.
