The role requires IT operations experience, SQL basics, and familiarity with ServiceNow or Jira, plus strong communication and crisis-management skills. English proficiency is essential for collaboration.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in IT operations or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Experience with ITSM tools like Service-Now and/or Jira.
• English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Service Managers and support teams to maintain manufacturing solutions and ensure compliance with ITPF and security standards.
• Provide advanced support for manufacturing systems, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance to team members as needed.
• Collaborate with global teams and supporting manufacturing processes.
• Working closely with L2 and SMEs to maintain the service properly.
• Prepare high quality documentation and procedures related to the IT processes.
• Be part of the escalation team and participate in major issues.
• Monitor performance and availability of IT services.
• Prepare reports about service performance and its SLAs.
