Job summary

Stefanini Group in Krakowis seeking an IT Operations Analyst to join a hybrid support team for a manufacturing client. You will maintain manufacturing solutions, ensure ITPF and security standards, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance to colleagues.

Collaborate with Service Managers, L2, SMEs and global teams, prepare documentation, monitor service performance, and contribute to incident escalation and SLA reporting.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in IT operations or related field.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Experience with ITSM tools like Service-Now and/or Jira.
• Strong soft skills, including communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage crisis situations and navigate challenging scenarios.
• English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Service Managers and support teams to maintain manufacturing solutions and ensure compliance with ITPF and security standards.
• Provide advanced support for manufacturing systems, troubleshooting issues, and guiding team members as needed.
• Collaborate with global teams and supporting manufacturing processes.
• Work closely with L2 and SMEs to maintain the service properly.
• Prepare high quality documentation and procedures related to the IT processes.
• Be part of the escalation team and participate in major issues.
• Monitor performance and availability of IT services.
• Prepare reports about service performance and its SLAs.
