Job summary

Stefanini Group in Cracow is seeking an English-speaking Support Engineer (L1) to assist clients with technical issues via email and phone. You will log into client machines remotely and document problems in the ticketing system.

The role requires advanced English, willingness to work in a 24/7 shift including nights and weekends, and a collaborative, customer-focused mindset. Hybrid work is available with 2 days in the Cracow office.

Qualifications

• Advanced English skills suitable for communication with native speakers.
• Experience in IT support or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 shift rotation, including nights and weekends.
• Team player with adaptability and perseverance in client relations.
• Willingness to learn new information and acquire new skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to clients via email and phone regarding technical issues (password reset, connectivity, emailing options).
• Log into the client’s computer remotely and help solve software issues.
• Document issues in the ticketing system on a daily basis.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network related issues.
• Escalate problems to the next level of support when necessary.
• Assist clients by providing necessary information and guidance.
