Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Sales Operations & Order Processing professional in Kraków to manage retail order flow, ensure accuracy in invoicing, and coordinate deliveries with 3PL partners. You will serve as the primary contact for Retail and Contact Centre teams, handling order queries and delivery issues.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in a similar role, knowledge of SAP and logistics processes, and strong MS Office skills. Dyson offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and tools.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Retail order management and ensuring accurate order creation in SAP/EDI.
• Release orders for timely delivery and secure booking slots.
• Be the POC for Key Account, 3PL, and retailers on order issues.
• Manage invoicing processes and related disputes/charges.
• Coordinate with market/3PL to ensure outbound capacity and high-volume invoice processing.
• Handle direct order queries and provide feedback on last-mile issues.
• Oversee reverse logistics, refunds, and stock reconciliation.
