Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and experience in customer service.
• Export trade and S&OP experience are advantageous.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete the order process from receipt to dispatch and invoicing using SAP processes.
• Proactively respond to customer queries including order status and amendments.
• Monitor accounts and order book status, resolving issues impacting customers.
