Job summary

Dyson in Kraków is seeking a senior IT leader to own strategy, delivery, and operational performance of IT services for retail and business operations in the region.

You will partner with global and regional stakeholders to shape technology solutions that enable store operations, enhance the customer experience, and support business growth. Expect collaboration across global teams and occasional travel as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading IT services in a global matrix organisation.
• Strong track record in Retail/Commercial Systems across multi-site environments.
• Skilled in translating business needs into technology solutions.
• Experience delivering IT capabilities across site openings, rollouts, and transformations.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and enterprise AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end IT service delivery across retail and commercial environments.
• Support 24/7 Global Retail operation including incident, problem, and change management.
• Drive performance with vendors and develop continuous service improvement workstreams.
• Lead planning, delivery, and support of IT infrastructure across sites.
• Ensure deployment of core services: networks, end-user computing, M365, in-store tech.
