Job summary

TalentLyft is seeking a Danish-speaking customer service agent in Warsaw to handle inbound calls and chats, advising partners on flights, fares, rules, and online services.

You will change reservations, process special requests, manage cancellations and refunds, assist with tickets and payments, and support customers through travel difficulties; the role includes a full-time contract with relocation and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Danish (C1) and English (B2) fluency required.
• Strong communication and service mindset.
• Experience in customer service or CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound calls and chats in Danish.
• Advise partners on flights, products, prices, fares, and rules.
• Change reservations (time/destination) and personal data.
• Handle special service requests (wheelchairs, assistance, animals).
• Process cancellations and refunds of tickets.
• Assist with purchasing airline tickets and handling payments; support travel difficulties.

Monday - Friday 07:00 - 19:00, Saturday - Sunday 09:00 - 18:00

• Employment contract for full time (1st contract – 3 months, after probation period, we extend the contract to fixed-term according to business needs and Employee’s performance)


• Salary -11 000 PLN gross/per month

Airline Services

Tasks:

• Perform inbound calls, chats in Danish


• Advise partners on flights, products, prices, fares, rules, and online services contributing to the success of our client.


• Change the reservation both in time and destination, change of personal data


• Handle special service requests (wheelchairs, special assistance, animals)


• Deal with cancellation and refund of tickets


• Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.


• Support customers with travel difficulties.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Danish (C1 level) and English (B2 level).


• Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset.


• Positive energy, enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues


• Previous experience in Customer service, digital service platforms and CRM tools is an advantage
