Job summary

Personalbuero U Herrmann in Warsaw seeks a Danish-speaking customer service agent to handle calls and chats, assisting partners with flights, fares, and online services. You will update reservations and personal data and manage special requests such as wheelchairs and pet travel.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and chats in Danish.
• Advise partners on flights, products, prices, fares, rules, and online services.
• Modify reservations and personal data as needed.
• Manage special service requests (wheelchairs, assistance, animals).
• Process cancellations and refunds of tickets.
• Assist customers with ticket purchases and payment methods.
• Support customers with travel difficulties.

Monday - Friday 07:00 - 19:00, Saturday - Sunday 09:00 - 18:00

Employment contract for full time (1st contract - 3 months, after probation period, we extend the contract to fixed-term according to business needs and Employee's performance)

Salary -11 000 PLN gross/per month

Airline Services

Tasks:

• Perform inbound calls, chats in Danish
• Advise partners on flights, products, prices, fares, rules, and online services contributing to the success of our client.
• Change the reservation both in time and destination, change of personal data
• Handle special service requests (wheelchairs, special assistance, animals)
• Deal with cancellation and refund of tickets
• Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.
• Support customers with travel difficulties.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Danish (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
• Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset.
• Positive energy, enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues
• Previous experience in Customer service, digital service platforms and CRM tools is an advantage
