Job summary

Personalbuero U Herrmann in Warszawa is seeking a Danish-speaking customer-service representative for airline services. You will handle inbound calls and chats in Danish, advise customers on flights, products, prices, and rules, and assist with reservations, changes, and refunds.

A positive, service-minded attitude and good English are required. We offer a full-time contract with relocation support, private medical care, group insurance, and career growth in an international team.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Danish (C1) and English (B2).
• Strong communication and service mindset.
• Positive energy and enjoy helping customers and colleagues.
• Experience in customer service with CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and chats in Danish.
• Advise partners on flights, products, prices, and rules.
• Modify reservations and personal data as needed.
• Process special service requests (wheelchairs, assistance, animals).
• Manage cancellations and refunds of tickets.
• Assist with ticket purchases and multiple payment methods.
• Support customers with travel difficulties.

Monday - Friday 07:00 - 19:00, Saturday - Sunday 09:00 - 18:00

Employment contract for full time (1st contract - 3 months, after probation period, we extend the contract to fixed-term according to business needs and Employee's performance)

Salary -11 000 PLN gross/per month

Airline Services

Tasks:

• Perform inbound calls, chats in Danish
• Advise partners on flights, products, prices, fares, rules, and online services contributing to the success of our client.
• Change the reservation both in time and destination, change of personal data
• Handle special service requests (wheelchairs, special assistance, animals)
• Deal with cancellation and refund of tickets
• Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.
• Support customers with travel difficulties.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Danish (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
• Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset.
• Positive energy, enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues
• Previous experience in Customer service, digital service platforms and CRM tools is an advantage
