Responsibilities

Perform inbound calls, chats in Danish.
Advise partners on flights, products, prices, fares, rules, and online services.
Change the reservation both in time and destination, change of personal data.
Handle special service requests (wheelchairs, special assistance, animals).
Deal with cancellation and refund of tickets.
Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.
Support customers with travel difficulties.
