Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled System Engineer to join our automotive projects team. You will create and maintain technical documentation, ensure alignment and implementation of vehicle functions, and support calibration of features on car lines.

Collaboration with vendors and multiple teams is essential to deliver high-quality features that meet customer requirements. The role requires analyzing requirements and translating them into system-level solutions, coordinating various competencies,

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in System Engineering within the automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of Functional Safety and its application in automotive systems.
• Good understanding of automotive electronics and measurement basics.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining technical documentation for vehicle functions
• Aligning, implementing, and delivering assigned features
• Analyzing customer requirements and translating them into system-level solutions
• Supporting calibration and tuning of final features on the car line
• Defining product parameters and functionality per customer requirements
• Coordinating teams and vendors to ensure proper feature implementation
• Analyzing feature performance under test-drive conditions
• Collaborating with software and test engineers throughout development
• Participating in system reviews and project meetings
• Maintaining technical contact with customers on projects
• Supporting technical innovations and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensuring activities meet quality standards and schedules
