Sii Poland is seeking an experienced System Engineer to join our automotive team. You will create technical documentation, ensure the alignment and delivery of features, and translate customer requirements into system-level solutions on vehicle lines.

You will collaborate with software and test engineers, coordinate with vendors, support calibration and tuning, and participate in system reviews to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects.

Competenze

• Minimum 4 years of System Engineering experience in the automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of Functional Safety and its application in automotive systems.
• Solid understanding of automotive electronics and electronic measurement basics; experience with vehicle function development, system requirements, and technical specifications.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, software/test engineers, and external vendors.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot vehicle features based on test-drive and validation results.
• Good understanding of the end-to-end automotive development process, from requirements through implementation and validation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, including technical communication with customers.
• Intermediate level of English.
