Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled System Engineer to join our automotive team. You will create technical documentation, align and implement features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust vehicle functions.

In this role you will analyze customer requirements, support calibration, and ensure quality and timely delivery on car lines. A background in automotive systems and English proficiency are desirable for effective collaboration with partners and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in system engineering in the automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of functional safety and its automotive applications.
• Solid understanding of automotive electronics and measurement basics.
• Experience with vehicle function development, system requirements and specifications.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, software/test engineers and external vendors.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot vehicle features based on tests and validation results.
• Understanding end-to-end automotive development from requirements to validation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, including technical communication with customers.
• Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining technical documentation for vehicle functions
• Aligning, implementing and delivering assigned features
• Analyzing customer requirements and translating them into system-level solutions
• Supporting calibration and tuning of final features on the car line
• Defining product parameters and functionality according to customer requirements
• Coordinating teams, competencies, and vendors to ensure proper feature implementation
• Analyzing feature performance under test-drive conditions
• Cooperating with software and test engineers throughout the development process
• Participating in system reviews and project meetings
• Maintaining technical contact with customers regarding assigned projects
• Supporting technical innovations and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensuring activities are completed according to quality standards and project schedules
