Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled System Engineer to work on innovative automotive projects. You will create technical documentation, align and implement features, and analyze customer requirements to deliver system-level solutions.

You will collaborate with various teams and vendors to ensure successful feature implementation on vehicle lines. Responsibilities include calibration and tuning of final features, defining parameters, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining customer contacts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of System Engineering experience in the automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of Functional Safety and its application in automotive systems.
• Solid understanding of automotive electronics and measurement basics.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, software/test engineers, and external vendors.
• Intermediate level of English

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation for vehicle functions.
• Coordinate alignment, implementation, and delivery of assigned features.
• Translate customer requirements and technical specifications into system-level solutions.
• Support calibration and tuning of final features on the car line.
• Define product parameters and functionality according to customer requirements.
• Coordinate different teams, competencies, and vendors for proper feature implementation.
• Analyze feature performance under test-drive conditions.
• Collaborate with software and test engineers during development.
• Participate in system reviews and project meetings.
• Maintain technical contact with customers for assigned projects.
• Support technical innovations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure activities meet quality standards and project schedules.
