Job summary

Sii Poland in Katowice seeks a skilled System Engineer to join our automotive team. You will create technical documentation and drive alignment and implementation of vehicle functions across cross-functional teams.

You will analyze customer requirements and support calibration and tuning of features on vehicle lines, collaborating with vendors to deliver robust system-level solutions that meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of system engineering experience in the automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of Functional Safety in automotive systems.
• Solid understanding of automotive electronics and measurement basics.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation for vehicle functions.
• Align, implement and deliver assigned features across teams.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate to system-level solutions.
• Support calibration and tuning of final features on the car line.
• Define product parameters and functionality per customer requirements.
• Coordinate teams and vendors to ensure proper feature implementation.
• Analyze feature performance under test-drive conditions.
• Collaborate with software and test engineers throughout development.
• Participate in system reviews and project meetings.
• Maintain technical contact with customers on projects.
• Support technical innovations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure activities meet quality standards and schedules.
