Sii Poland is seeking a skilled System Engineer to join our automotive team in Piła, Poland. You will create and maintain technical documentation, align and deliver features, and translate customer requirements into system-level solutions.

You will also calibrate features on vehicle lines and coordinate with vendors and internal teams throughout development. The role requires 4+ years in automotive system engineering, strong functional safety knowledge, and solid understanding of automotive

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in System Engineering in the automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of Functional Safety in automotive systems.
• Solid understanding of automotive electronics and measurement basics.
• Experience with cross-functional teams, software/test engineers, and external vendors.
• Good communication and coordination with customers.
• Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining technical documentation for vehicle functions.
• Alignment, implementation, and delivery of assigned features.
• Analyzing customer requirements and translating them into system-level solutions.
• Supporting the calibration and tuning of final features on the corresponding car line.
• Defining product parameters and functionality according to customer requirements.
• Coordinating different teams, competencies, and vendors to ensure proper feature implementation.
• Analyzing assigned feature performance under test-drive conditions.
• Cooperating with software and test engineers throughout the development process.
• Participating in system reviews and project meetings.
• Maintaining technical contact with customers regarding assigned projects.
• Supporting technical innovations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring activities are completed according to quality standards and project schedules.
