Sii Poland is seeking a skilled System Engineer to join our automotive team in Wrocław. You will create and maintain technical documentation for vehicle functions, align and deliver features, and collaborate with multiple teams and vendors to ensure successful implementation.

You will analyze customer requirements, support calibration and tuning, and define product parameters to meet project expectations. Strong communication and English proficiency are essential for effective interaction with

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in System Engineering within the automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of Functional Safety and its application in automotive systems.
• Solid understanding of automotive electronics and electronic measurement basics.
• Experience with cross-functional teams, software/test engineers, and external vendors.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot vehicle features based on test-drive and validation results.
• Good understanding of the end-to-end automotive development process, from requirements through implementation and validation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, including technical communication with customers.
• Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation for vehicle functions.
• Align, implement, and deliver assigned features.
• Analyze customer requirements and technical specifications and translate them into system-level solutions.
• Support calibration and tuning of final features on the car line.
• Define product parameters and functionality according to customer requirements.
