Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled System Engineer to work on innovative automotive projects in Poland. You will create and maintain technical documentation, ensure alignment and delivery of features, and translate customer requirements into system-level solutions.

You will collaborate with various teams and vendors to implement features and support calibration on vehicle lines. The role requires minimum 4 years in automotive system engineering, strong Functional Safety knowledge, and good English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of system engineering in automotive.
• Strong knowledge of Functional Safety in automotive systems.
• Solid understanding of automotive electronics and measurement basics.
• Experience with vehicle function development and system requirements.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot vehicle features based on tests and validation.
• Understanding of end-to-end automotive development process.
• Strong communication and coordination with customers.
• Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining technical documentation for vehicle functions.
• Aligning, implementing, and delivering assigned features.
• Translating customer requirements and specs into system-level solutions.
• Supporting calibration and tuning of final features on the car line.
• Defining product parameters and functionality per customer requirements.
• Coordinating teams and vendors to ensure proper feature implementation.
• Analyzing feature performance under test-drive conditions.
• Collaborating with software and test engineers throughout development.
• Participating in system reviews and project meetings.
• Maintaining technical contact with customers on projects.
• Supporting technical innovations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring activities meet quality standards and project schedules.
