Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled System Engineer to join our automotive projects team. You will create and maintain technical documentation, ensure alignment and delivery of features, and translate customer requirements into system-level specifications.

You will calibrate and tune features on vehicle lines while coordinating with vendors and software/test engineers. The role focuses on analyzing customer requirements, supporting implementation, and participating in system reviews to ensure

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in System Engineering within the automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of Functional Safety in automotive systems.
• Good understanding of automotive electronics and measurement basics.
• Experience with cross-functional teams, software/test engineers and external vendors.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot vehicle features from test-drive results.
• Good communication and coordination skills, including with customers.
• Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation for vehicle functions.
• Align, implement, and deliver assigned features.
• Analyze customer requirements and specifications into system-level solutions.
• Support calibration and tuning of final features on the car line.
• Define product parameters and functionality per customer requirements.
• Coordinate teams and vendors to ensure feature implementation.
• Analyze feature performance under test-drive conditions.
• Collaborate with software and test engineers throughout development.
• Participate in system reviews and project meetings.
• Maintain technical contact with customers on projects.
• Support technical innovations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure activities meet quality standards and project schedules.
