Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled System Engineer to join their automotive team in Poznań. You will create and maintain technical documentation, ensure alignment and delivery of features, and translate customer requirements into system-level solutions.

You will work with vendors and internal teams to calibrate and validate vehicle features. The role emphasizes collaboration across disciplines, involvement in system reviews, and ongoing improvements while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in System Engineering in the automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of Functional Safety in automotive systems.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, software/test engineers, and external vendors.
• Intermediate level of English communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation for vehicle functions.
• Coordinate alignment, implementation and delivery of assigned features.
• Analyze customer requirements and technical specifications to translate them into system-level solutions.
• Support calibration and tuning of final features on the car line.
• Define product parameters based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate teams and vendors to ensure proper feature implementation.
• Analyze feature performance under test-drive conditions.
• Collaborate with software and test engineers throughout development.
• Participate in system reviews and project meetings.
• Maintain technical contact with customers on assigned projects.
• Support technical innovations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure activities meet quality standards and project schedules.
