Job summary

Sii Poland in Białystok is seeking a skilled System Engineer to join our automotive team, responsible for creating technical documentation and ensuring alignment and implementation of vehicle functions.

You will analyze customer requirements and specifications, support calibration and tuning of features on vehicle lines, and collaborate with software and test engineers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver reliable system solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in System Engineering within the automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of Functional Safety in automotive systems.
• Solid understanding of automotive electronics and measurement basics; experience with vehicle function development, requirements and specs.
• Experience with cross-functional teams, software/test engineers, and external vendors.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot vehicle features from test-drive/validation results.
• Understanding of end-to-end automotive development process from requirements to validation.
• Strong communication and coordination with customers.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining technical documentation for vehicle functions
• Aligning, implementing, and delivering assigned features
• Analyzing customer requirements and specifications and translating them into system-level solutions
• Supporting calibration and tuning of final features on the car line
• Defining product parameters and functionality according to customer requirements
• Coordinating teams, competencies, and vendors for feature implementation
• Analyzing feature performance under test-drive conditions
• Collaborating with software and test engineers during development
• Participating in system reviews and project meetings
• Maintaining technical contact with customers on projects
• Supporting technical innovations and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensuring activities meet quality standards and project schedules
