Sii Poland is looking for a skilled System Engineer to join our automotive team in Kraków. You will create technical documentation, align and deliver features, analyze requirements, and support calibration and tuning on vehicle lines.

You will collaborate with software and test engineers, coordinate multiple teams and vendors, participate in system reviews, and help drive continuous improvements while ensuring quality and schedules.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in automotive system engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Functional Safety in automotive systems.
• Experience with vehicle function development, system requirements, and technical specifications.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Effective communication with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation for vehicle functions.
• Align, implement, and deliver assigned features.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into system-level solutions.
• Support calibration and tuning of final features on the car line.
• Coordinate teams and vendors for proper feature implementation.
• Analyze feature performance under test-drive conditions.
• Collaborate with software and test engineers throughout development.
• Participate in system reviews and project meetings.
• Maintain technical contact with customers on projects.
• Support technical innovations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure activities meet quality standards and project schedules.
