Job summary

ESP Global Services is seeking an IT Technician to provide hands-on technical support in a secure, high-tech environment in Kraków, Poland. The role involves desktop, network, and infrastructure support with an emphasis on incident management and customer service.

The candidate will work on-site, collaborate with local and international teams, and ensure business-critical systems remain operational. Polish (C2) and English (B2) proficiency are required, along with ITIL-aligned processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT infrastructure support experience.
• Polish language level C2 and English level B2.
• Solid Windows operating system knowledge.
• Microsoft Office 365 troubleshooting experience.
• Wireless networking knowledge.
• Understanding of network protocols, server hardware and configurations.
• Experience with Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
• Provide hardware break-fix support and diagnostics.
• Support Windows OS and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Administer and support Active Directory users.
• Provide Smart Hands support for network and infrastructure teams.
• Troubleshoot basic LAN/WAN connectivity.
• Support wireless networks.
• Follow ITIL-based incident, request and change management.
