The role covers hardware, software, OS troubleshooting, and desktop peripherals, with on-site desk-side support and smart hands at client sites. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, familiarity with Windows, MAC/Linux admin, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, RDP).

Qualifications

• 3–5 years IT infrastructure field support experience.
• Troubleshooting desktops, printers, laptops and peripherals.
• LAN/WAN basics; smart hand at sites.
• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP knowledge.
• Ticketing tools experience (ServiceNow / Remedy).
• Associate Degree in Electronics; CompTIA A+ preferred.
• Vendor certifications from OEMs (Dell, Toshiba, Lenovo, Client) are a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
