Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Polska Sp. z o.o. seeks a Site IT Operations Coordinator & Asset Specialist for the Kraków Center to ensure timely IT support and business continuity.

Qualifications

• IT or engineering degree.
• 3–5 years IT-related professional experience.
• IT Asset Management & logistics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Performs asset management service masterisation actions; HW ownership incl. Stock, Leasing & HW support.
• Ensures HW provisioning: leasing, stock mgmt, device enrolment & setup, local support service.
• Manages the local hardware and consumables.
• Ensures the provisioning of new software packages and upgrades.
• Maintains the infrastructure in operational condition in line with OLA/SLAs.
• Monitors and tracks system performance against SLAs.
• Manage the Security Exception requests.
• Communicates improvements, updates and obsolescence management of products to the IT Product Manager.
• Provides support 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, depending on needs.
• Performs ITIL-based support processes: incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management; participates in documentation and process building.
• Analyzes console messages, diagnoses system failures and takes corrective action; escalates as needed.
• Supervises system backup processing and leads disaster recovery tests; identifies and implements improvement solutions.
