A reputable real estate firm is seeking a motivated Real Estate Business Development Executive in Islamabad. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, engaging with clients, and improving selling skills. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in Real Estate Project Sales and possess exceptional communication skills.
Qualifications

- Meet Sales Goals - Consistently meet or exceed monthly, and customer service goals.
- Make Proactive Contact with Existing and Potential Clients
- Leverage a consultative selling approach with decision makers. Identify customer needs, and recommend products and services that meet customer needs.
- Work to continually improve selling skills. Listen to and incorporate coaching feedback and new techniques learned in sales training sessions, and become a product/service expert.
- Build a strong sales pipeline. Identify customers who may purchase products and services at some point in the future, and plan and schedule follow-up communication. Work primarily with Real Estate.
- Min 2 years of experience in Real Estate Project Sales.
