We are hiring a Business Development Executive based in Lahore to manage remote sales and lead generation for the UAE market, focusing on enterprise clients needing Zoho implementations and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target enterprise clients in the UAE, including real estate groups, service-sector companies, and established businesses requiring Zoho solutions.
- Develop and execute a remote lead-generation strategy through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and other digital channels.
- Conduct online discovery calls/meetings to understand business workflows and position Zoho solutions effectively.
- Propose tailored Zoho implementations covering CRM, workflow automation, ERP-level integrations, and business process automation.
- Prepare and deliver virtual sales presentations, proposals, and product demos to prospects.
- Build and maintain strong remote relationships with decision-makers, IT teams, and business heads.
- Stay updated on the latest Zoho features, updates, and enterprise modules to provide informed recommendations.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and CRM tracking, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the Zoho implementation and technical teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B, SaaS, CRM, or software solution sales.
- Strong ability to generate leads independently via cold outreach and online channels.
- Experience selling Zoho CRM, Zoho One, or other ERP/CRM systems is preferred.
- Understanding of real estate workflows, service-sector operations, or enterprise automation is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable managing long enterprise sales cycles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Sales, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in CRM/ERP sales, SaaS sales, or Zoho solution selling.
- Prior experience working with enterprise clients or UAE/Gulf region clients is a plus.
