Job summary

Systems Limited is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to support HR operations and compliance activities for the assigned market while ensuring a seamless employee experience and operational excellence.

You will manage day-to-day HR operations for the U.S. workforce, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and policies, and partner with HRBP, payroll, legal, and finance to resolve issues while maintaining accurate HRIS data and driving key metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Compliance, or HR Shared Services.
• Knowledge of US HR practices and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and HR reporting tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations for the U.S. workforce.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and policies.
• Oversee onboarding, contracts, transfers, promotions, changes in employment terms, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records with confidentiality.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits, leave, attendance, and related HR processes.
• Support audits, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, payroll, legal, and finance to resolve issues.
• Monitor changes in U.S. employment legislation and update policies.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards on headcount, turnover, and compliance metrics.
