You will manage day-to-day HR operations across the UK and European workforce, ensuring timely execution of HR processes and compliance with employment laws and data protection regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Compliance or HR Shared Services.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations across UK and European workforce with timely, accurate HR processes.
• Ensure compliance with UK/European employment laws, policies, data protection and statutory requirements.
• Oversee onboarding, contracts, transfers, term changes and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records with confidentiality and privacy compliance.
• Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, and coordination with payroll/HR service providers.
• Draft, review and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
• Collaborate with HRBP, managers, payroll, legal and finance to resolve operational matters.
• Assist in audits, statutory reporting, and HR documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards covering headcount, turnover and KPIs.
