Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager – US Human Resources to lead our HR operations. This position is ideal for a proactive HR professional with extensive hands‑on experience in HR practices, systems, compliance, and people management.
As the Manager –HR, you will lead a team responsible for delivering end‑to‑end HR services at Level 3 BOS. Your responsibilities will span Payroll, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development. Working closely with the Head of US‑HR, you will play a key role in driving cross‑border HR initiatives, optimizing processes, implementing HR systems, and ensuring compliance with US employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Assistant Managers, Executives, and HR Officers within the HR department.
- Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing while ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and tax regulations.
- Administer and support HR processes through HRIS/HRMS platforms.
- Partner with the HR team to streamline onboarding, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure HRIS data integrity.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and onboard top talent for a Back Office.
- Implement and enhance HR policies, systems, and operational processes aligned with employment standards and organizational objectives.
- Safeguard employee information by ensuring data privacy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance across all HR systems.
- Monitor HR metrics, team performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead HR‑related projects, overseeing planning, execution, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Promote employee engagement, oversee performance management initiatives, and support training and development programs.
Candidate Requirements
- MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification (mandatory).
- 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, with substantial exposure to US HR operations.
- Practical experience with Paycom, Oracle Fusion, or similar global HRIS/HRMS solutions.
- Strong knowledge of US payroll, benefits administration, employment laws, HR compliance, and talent management.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate HR teams.
- Expertise in HR process improvement, automation, and operational excellence.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, night‑shift environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential employee information.
