Job summary

Level 3 BOS seeks a strategic Manager – US Human Resources to lead HR operations across payroll, HRIS, talent acquisition, and learning & development. The role partners with the Head of US‑HR to drive cross‑border initiatives, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with US employment regulations.

The candidate will build and mentor a high‑performing team, implement HR policies, and oversee data privacy and regulatory compliance across all HR systems.

Qualifications

• MBA in HR or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
• 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, with US HR operations exposure.
• Practical experience with Paycom, Oracle Fusion, or similar HRIS/HRMS solutions.
• Strong knowledge of US payroll, benefits administration, employment laws, and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of HR professionals within the HR department.
• Oversee end‑to‑end payroll processing while ensuring compliance with labor laws and tax regulations.
• Administer HR processes through HRIS/HRMS platforms and ensure data integrity.
