Z Administrative Services (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our US market HR operations remotely. The ideal candidate will oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations aligned with US business standards.

The role requires strong knowledge of US labor laws, compliance, and employment practices, with 7+ years HR experience including 3–5 years focused on the US market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration or related field; master's preferred.
• 7+ years of HR experience with 3–5 years focused on the US market.
• Strong knowledge of US HR practices, compliance, and employment law.
• Experience with remote and distributed teams across multiple US states.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR operations tailored to US market practices.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws (FMLA, FLSA, EEO, etc.).
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with US employment standards.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including remote hiring across the US.
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee performance management processes and assist in career development planning.
• Handle benefits administration, payroll coordination (in collaboration with finance/payroll team), and leave management.
• Support DEI initiatives and partner with leadership on organizational development.
