Level3 BOS (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for a skilled US Recruiter to support non-technical hiring across roles such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Operations, and other corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based non-technical roles

Source candidates using US-focused platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other job boards

Screen, interview, and assess candidates according to US hiring standards

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders

Maintain accurate recruitment data and pipeline tracking

Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience

Required Experience & Skills

2–5 years of recruitment experience, with mandatory US recruitment exposure

Demonstrated experience hiring for US non-technical roles (Sales, Marketing, Support, Ops, etc.)

Strong knowledge of US sourcing channels and recruitment practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM) aligned with US time zones
