Level3 BOS is looking for a Female US Recruitment Managerto lead and grow a high-performing recruitment team hiring for non-technical roles such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve US hiring targets

Design and execute effective recruitment strategies for the US market

Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing to placement

Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders

Ensure an excellent candidate experience aligned with US hiring standards
