Job summary

Go Lean Health is seeking a highly organized Virtual Medical Assistant to support a pediatric practice during pre-opening and early growth stages. This remote, part-time role starts at 30 hours/week and will evolve toward front-office support, scheduling, insurance verification, and clinic setup as patient volume grows.

The ideal candidate has hands-on eClinicalWorks experience, strong English, and a proactive, independent work style suited to a startup environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is REQUIRED.
• 1+ years experience as Medical Virtual Assistant or healthcare admin.
• Strong administrative, organizational, calendar-management, and task-management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English with professional communication.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and ability to research and organize information.
• Highly proactive and able to identify what needs attention without reminders.
• Comfortable in a startup-style environment with evolving priorities.
• Able to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage physician calendars, meetings, agendas, and prep materials.
• Attend admin and vendor meetings, take notes, track action items and follow-ups.
• Serve as accountability partner by tracking deadlines and tasks.
