Job summary

Go Lean Health is seeking a highly organized Virtual Medical Assistant to support a growing pediatric practice during pre-opening and early growth stages. This is a remote, part-time role starting at 30 hours/week with a September 14, 2026 start date and potential to increase to ~40 hours/week.

You will handle executive, administrative and front-office tasks, coordinating calendars, scheduling, patient communication, insurance verification, and clinic setup as the practice expands.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is REQUIRED.
• At least 1 year experience as Medical Virtual Assistant or healthcare admin.
• Strong admin, organizational, calendar, and task-management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English with professional communication.
• Ability to research, organize information, and manage workflows independently.
• Proactive, startup-friendly and detail-oriented.
• Familiar with secure networks and clinic systems.

Responsibilities

• Executive, administrative & calendar support for the physician.
