Job summary

Go Lean Health is seeking a highly organized Virtual Medical Assistant to support a pediatric practice during its pre-opening and growth. This remote, part-time role starts at 30 hours/week with a target start date of Sept 14, 2026 and pay of $5–$6/hour.

You will transition from executive/administrative and calendar support to front-office tasks, including scheduling, intake, insurance verification, and patient communication as the clinic begins seeing patients.

Qualifications

• Hands-on eCW experience is REQUIRED.
• 1+ year experience as Medical Virtual Assistant or similar.
• Strong admin, calendar, and task-management skills.
• Excellent English, professional communication with families and vendors.
• Strong spreadsheet and information organization abilities.
• Proactive, independent, and able to work in a startup-style environment.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail and secure systems.

Responsibilities

• Executive, administrative & calendar support for physician.
• Front office & patient communication as the clinic opens.
• Coordinate patient scheduling, intake, and registration.
• Verify insurance and document eligibility for appointments.
• Vendor, research, and project coordination to progress clinic setup.
• Document SOPs and streamline recurring workflows as the practice grows.
