Job summary

Go Lean Health is seeking an Executive Assistant & Operations Partner to build and run the operational engine behind Pillar Health Solutions. This remote, full-time role is hands-on and interfaces with leadership, physicians, and support teams to streamline workflows.

You will own processes, develop SOPs, track KPIs, and implement automation to reduce repetitive work. Strong English, project management, and problem-solving are essential, with experience in healthcare operations highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, program management and client success.
• Experience owning processes and outcomes rather than only completing administrative tasks.
• Strong understanding of patient scheduling, provider coordination, documentation, healthcare workflows, and service operations.
• Ability to identify operational problems, investigate root causes, and implement solutions.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience creating or improving SOPs, workflows, dashboards, trackers, or systems.
• Attention to detail with patient information and billing data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfort learning unfamiliar tools, systems, and processes independently.
• Practical experience using AI, automation, or technology to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Executive Support & Project Management: organize priorities, coordinate projects, manage follow-ups and deadlines.
• Turn discussions into clear action plans and track progress with stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting summaries, presentations, and reports for leadership decisions.
